Opening up nicely again after seemingly not being played for many years

Fret life is still good

Body in good shape with a few chips and dings but nothing structural

Has had some Elixir Strings 12-53 Put on it and setup to play as best as possible. A neck reset may be considered to maximaise playability up high, open chord area is very good (all considered in pricing)

Original pick guard was broken and an aftermarket one has been installed

Include oriignal Martin hardcase thats had some creative work done to the handle. It serves its purpose
