The BPD takes a favourite harmonically rich, natural overdrive sound and gives it more flexibility and versatility.
The bass control lets you cut or boost your signal post-gain, centred around 100Hz. Clipping gives you the choice of symmetrical symmetrical clipping, or assymetrical clipping with the addition of a germanium diode. Finally a clean blend lets you bring in your clean signal - perfect for bassists and acoustic guitarists wanting a little dirt in their sound.
You can run the pedal between 9v and 18v with a standard 2.1mm centre negative connection. Even at 9V there is more headroom than a first class cabin - unity gain is around 9.30 on the volume!
All rnrmf pedals include smart soft-touch relay true-bypass switching.
- tap to switch on/off
- hold for momentary on/off
- hold while powering up to toggle auto-on mode (perfect if running a switching system!)
