We are still open and trading both online and in-store. As with all stores we are seeing some delays in shipping and for stock availability.
We try our best to keep our stock levels live and accurate but with increased demand, sometimes our system does not update as fast as we would like.
Also we have seen an increased level of credit card fraud, so if our system prompts us we may have to call you for additional information.
We use Couriers and Australia Post for deliveries. As you can imagine extreme pressure has been put on our providers during this difficult time. Currently some parcels are being redirected away from Melbourne (when this is the destination) to lighten the load for Melbourne postal systems. We have no control over this. Courier timelines for delivery in some cases have also been affected.
Adding to this many scans are being missed and often there is no tracking until it reaches the destination parcel factility.
